Well that’s alright then - We had SMACS RR session there and they said I had something wrong with my car and said I needed a remap to fix it - I didn’t believe that so got another opinion and it turned out to be my boost solenoid so IMO I didnt rate them.

They said you 'Needed' a Remap or did they 'Recommend' you get a Remap? I can't see Steve or Luke trying to rip anyone off and lets face it a remap is probably the best mod for an Impreza of any age.

I'm well aware of the RR session also and with all the work they do they are bound to make one or two mistakes as i'm sure all the big garage names on here have in the past.

And rather than questioning my post why didn't you just give your input about the Solenoid in your first post which is what the lad asked for.

So your jumping on scoobyverysoon's wagon then? If that post you made is about Dyno Demon AND it's your car your talking about, then why didn't you just post that instead of...

'think your lack ov replies say it all'

That's usefull.

I don't have a problem with issues anyone has with the garage but most people on here don't give straight answers to peoples questions they jusy reply like kids.

And did they sort your car out??? And was it was Dyno Demon that you went to or C.A.S motorsport that they used to be called with different staff?

I would appreciate it if the people who are disatisfied with any aspect of the service that we offer could contact us directly (anonymously if you prefer) using either email or the contact form on our website, and detail the issues that they may have had. We are always trying to improve our quality and service levels, and the way we deal with customers and jobs overall, any comments will be listened to and taken seriously.

Cheers,
Steve
