Flash> the search for the scooby
Thought id write a little blog on my search for fun.
As you know im after a scooby and you guys have helped out thanks.
about 6 months ago saw one white with 50k miles at JOHN CHARLES CARS great condition but on outside was keyed a bit. Went in a week, anyone here got it?? should have bought that one but it did need a good wax or respray.
was going to M.A. Sports & Prestige Ltd then heard my m8 took one for a spin and the turbo was smoking and dodgy v5's.
heard about A P Sports & Prestige, off someone on here not to go there.
went to Keighley Trade Sports & Performance other week but there cars where poor no boots, rust, rusty nuts and bolts holding seats in, poor engines, airfilters and front struts taken off?
last week west border motors, very gd conidtion apart from the engine check light on.
then just been to All Sorts, £4k 72k uk get there and there was no garage it was on a road which i didnt like from the start, then i popped bonnet up and he says"oh thats werid ive never had anyone wanting to look under the bonnet" (******) no wonder engine gave a werid ticking noice every 4 seconds.
anyhow quest goes on.

I feel for you mate, took me months to find the right car for myself. Have a look at Jap Performance
A very honest dealer, knows his cars and a good grade as well.

ok found a subaru and took it for a test drive today, the body is in mint condition no rust, the mods are realistic exhust, turbo timer, side skirts. cant fault it only a small bit of oil under the bottom right of the engine. might just be normal it was only a bit. miles bit jubiuse 60k, 94year, imported last year. apart from that just wondering anyones thoughts before i buy it.
