I've posted about this myself. It really is the best meet of the year!

I desperately need cheering up in the Winter months when I come back off my hols!!

 

Yes lordy and the CS /TTS need to work the BBO into their packed autumn scehedule

any progress on this please ??

its the blackpool big one,charity run through the lights at blackpool usually in october,around 120 ish cars last year!

It was amazing. Like Rob said over 100 cars revving and hooting their horns!1

The other visitors loved us!!

 

Really enjoyed last year.Still displaying my Sticker.

As soon as it is advertised i will be organising a TTS run to this in co-ordination with the Cumbrian Scoobs,and Hopefully Aryshire scoobs.

Last year it took me less time to get to Thailand than it did getting from the start to finish.

Probably book in a Hotel this time.

Come on Organisers.....GET YA FINGERS OUT.

( i should get a life really )

 

i will send them a pm straight away buddy,if no joy do you think we are "worthy" enough to organise it ourselves

we need someone on board with "local knowledge" and an opening for a meet location(previous years halfords/scoobytechnix etc)

Also,someone who will be able to contact the local authorities/charities etc,and get the ball rolling

Planned route to and through the lights ?

Re-group point after the run through ?

It's a lot of an ask for people with no local knowledge

I will brief the TTS and we will have a massive convoy from Tynes Tees to link up with the Cumbrian lot and will contact the Ayreshire boys too

It will be like the NBO all over again

im just holding on for a final confirmation from john! as the BBO thread that has appeared is of "outside organisation" and for the wrong charity dont we normally go with "give a child a chance" ???????
