IF ANYONE IS COMING FROM OTHER AREAS AND WISHES TO GO STRAIGHT TO THE MAIN MEETING PLACE, THIS IS OPEN FROM APPROX 15:30 ONWARDS WHERE YOUR £5 WILL BE COLLECTED ON ENTERUNG THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.

DIRECTIONS TO SCOOBYTEKNIX.........

FROM PRESTON TAKE M55 JUNCTION 3 AND TAKE THE A585 TOWARDS FLEETWOOD. AT THE END OF HERE YOU COME TO A SET OF LIGHTS, TURN LEFT ONTO THE A585 SIGNPOSTED FLEETWOOD. CONTINUE ALONG THIS ROAD UNTIL YOU COME TO A SET OF LIGHTS WITH A SHELL GARAGE ON THE FORK, TAKE THE RIGHT FORK AND CONTINUE ON THE A585 TOWARDS FLEETWOOD. AT ROUNDABOUT TAKE SECOND EXIT AGAIN CONTINUING ON THE A585 TOWARDS FLEETWOOD. NEXT ROUNDABOUT TAKE THE THIRD EXIT AGAIN STAYING ON THE A585. NEXT ROUNDABOUT, STRAIGHT ON AGAIN STAYING ON THE A585. NEXT ROUNDABOUT STRAIGHT ON AGAIN AND STAYING ON THE A585. AS YOU APPROACH THE NEXT ROUNDABOUT YOU WILL SEE A BIG BUILDING ON YOUR LEFT WHICH IS THE FISHERMANS FRIEND FACTORY. AT THIS ROUNDABOUT TURN LEFT AND TAKE THE FIRST LEFT AFTER APPROX 100 YARDS THEN FIRST LEFT AGAIN AND YOU HAVE REACHED THE LOCATION.

I'll help you out John ( JohnWRX ) by starting the Runcorn convoy off. If we all meet on the hard shoulder by the roundabout for Junction 12 of M56 ( just past speed camera ), we can then join the Wales convoy like last year and go as a big convoy to Charnock Richards .

14.30 to leave at 15.00 to go to Charnock Richard Services Northbound
to meet with the other northbound convoys.

BTW does anyone know of anyone who could make up some cheep stickers for the WHOLE convoy thro B/pool (press, TV etc covering the event)

to read SAVE TOP GEAR or words to that effect

added re stickers..............

cheep i mean maybe paper ones that can be gummed say to the rear window (sort of sunstrip size) in addition could have 'Get weel soon hampster'.

just a thought, they can be easily removed after the event - just a way of getting our point across
