Anybody know any pool or snooker establishments in leeds that have 8 ball tables.

Need to get more practice in and gets expensive in the pub at a pound a game.

I know east leeds have two but thinking of others..

Cant practice on 9 ball tanles as you can cut any shot into those buckets.

Or any places that have 1/2 or 3/4 snooker tables?

When I'm in Leeds I usually play at elbow rooms in town centre, or Northern Snooker Centre (they have an american style pool / cafe bar thing upstairs) which is just outside of town. Both have a number of full size (?) pool tables chargable by the hour.

Northern you have to be a member, but the rate is reasonable. Theres also the Excelsior at Armley which you can get in if you join the Northern, or vice versa.

 

You been to Northern Snooker David? I'm a member if you fancy a pint sometime.

 

Yeah, been a fair few times, but need to renew my membership..
we play in www.leedspool.com with EPA World Rules (some excluded for our league)

Like Time, beer, smoking and chalk rules

Only thing is with Northern is that they only had american tables.

Unsure about supersnooker & rileys

Elbow rooms is deffo only american.

I'm sure Rileys would be ok, they do 12-6pm everyday for £8 I go every other Saturday.

 

do they have 8 ball pool tables??

 

All the Rileys I have been to have 8-ball, 9-ball and snooker tables.

 

I've run rileys & northern and neither have 8 ball tables..rileys are trying to get some though.
