Sorry people just smashed my nwe toy up my fault but the other person is not insured. No point takein her to court because my exess is £600.

yes u did hear right she was not insured but al the time the courts are going to take , i cant wait i need my toy on the road but going to the soliciter on Monday so see wat he says, can you help me with some parts.

 

Can you not take her to court to recover the costs out of her own pocket, in the meantime you sort your car out and keep receipts etc.

When you have to hand over the receipts for the new (BIGGER) turbo full decat etc, you can say that the accident caused the damage. .
