Making the 5/6 Hr Journey up from Essex On Saturday Morning, To stop over in Blackpool on the Saturday night, Then leaving Sun Morning from The Hotel, Heading over to The NBO2..

Couple of Q's...

What is the Cruise scene like in Blackpool on a Sat Night ( Any Scoob's etc..?)

How long do i allow to get to NBO2 ??

Fancy a meet up Sat Night/ Sun Morning for the drive across?

I believe there is a reasonable "cruise" scene in Blackpool but I dont know any details... but Im sure you'll be sorted if you want to "bump" into the odd (loads of) hen party

...as far as Sunday is concerned, I have to go past the Blackpool turn off on the M6 at Preston (J 32) on my way to meet our club www.ladsoc.co.uk for our convoy over to NBO. You're more than welcome to follow over, we will have a "nice" route planned on the day and there should be anywhere from 10-20+ Scoobs and maybe a few more along the way

I'm local and run the www.cruiseblackpool.co.uk website.

Meetings for any type of car are on Sunday night on Halfords car park.
There are also plenty of cossie groupies that hang down there...
Also there is the odd Scooby or two including Ex_Pug from these very forums that is there now and again...

I own a MY STi 01 with carbon spolier and Sti V1 bodykit.

Not sure if i will be down on that sunday as im very busy but there will be a few cars down anyway.

Could be a bit short notice for interest but you never know...

How long should i allow to get to the Services From the Front @ Blackpool ?, On the map just take the A583 out of B/pool Onto the M55 Pick up the M6 @ J32, Then Down to J31

Will allow about 1 Hour, Should be ok ?

yep 8.45am, thats the new time

It changed because I have decided not to go over to Haslingden where the first meeting point is but instead go straight to the second pickup point, its closer to the services where we're meeting and means we wont be doubling back on ourselves. There will be a few of the guys already waiting there and I'll already have another scoob in tow (so to speak )

Tiny,

I normally do tickle trout to Blackpool seafront in <30 mins.

It's a nice clear run usually, and there was no raod works this evening, as
I was bedding in my new brake pads.
