Question

Just purchased my first scoob(excited 2 f#@k)but need advice on where i can buy a decent steering wheel and whether or not i can get a decent momo wheel with an airbag? Its a 97 with a standard wheel with an airbag at the mo. Does anyone know of anywhere in the north-west of England that could sort me out, or has anyone ever fitted another wheel??

If you fancy a run to wrexham check out demon tweeks. get the catalogue first, or look at the website, then take just enough money to buy the steering wheel.

FFS don't take a credit card with you as you'll be up to your eyes in debt by the time you leave there

Ah, another scoob playing in my area!!! I will keep my eyes peeled for ya. So what mods are you planning on doing, just styling for the moment? As suggested earlier Demon tweeks are fairly good.

Hey Rusty

Still "cornering" on those gunmetal WRX 17" jobbies. I was cleaning my gold ones and a huge flake of gold fell off!!!

On the steering wheel front... I got a Focus 1.8 Zetec from Stan Palmer as a courtesy car and the steering wheel was smaller (half the size) of mine and wondered about a swap.

Can you clicky deemon tweeks website for me ??

Cheers

Midlife..

I know which end to point where

Seriously though, I have a Fuji Finepix cheap and cheerul one - paid £120 for it. It was the cheapest one I could find in the shops in Lancaster which had a LCD screen on the rear. It's fatastic for meets which I then want to upload to the web but that's about it

I run mine at 1 MegaPixel as when I download them I save them automatically to 640*480 (80-100k each). It has a very low zoom but the 16Mb card lets me take 45 pictures and I have a 64Mb card whicvh I can get nearly 200 on

I can also turn the flash on, off or auto - I used to have it on all the time but a certain red WRX owner complained that I made his car look orange

I'll have it with me a week on Wednesday as I believe John (Lordy) wants me to take some of his Wagon

Clicky spot on...

Seems like none of them are good in a crash... At my age I need a good airbag to get me to forget the medication

Thanks.....
