Is there going to be one? I have searched the bbs, but can't seem to find any details of anyone meeting up prior to the big event.
Any suggestions welcome,
chris.

Alot of the lads from round here are going up to theWiggin Tree or where ever they will be meeting........... maybe worth travelling from this area and linking up with them making it an even bigger convoy

Was not sure what this NBO thing was all about, but if there is likely to be 300+ scoobies in a field I would hate to miss out. May even bring the family.

Nice one turbo toe, I am taking the family for the day, as it is right next door to a theme park, so the missus can take the kids in there. Sounds perfect to me,
see you all soon,
chris.

Ok, how about I organise the meet from south manchester, with a run upto the NBO, or a run up to meet the wiggin tree lot?
Lets start the ball rolling with a suggestion of a meeting place in South Manchester, say the PEEL CENTRE CAR PARK, OUTSIDE PC WORLD. here
Let me know what you think,
chris.
ps PCWORLD is between BRADY STREEET AND ST. MARYS WAY, you can't miss it off the roundabout.

Manners, wouldnt you be better going with the derbyshire and midlands crew?
we may be heading up your way anyway, so you would have to doubleback on yourself.

Hi Chris, how's it goin
Manners I'm near Buxton. Im not sure which convoy I'll be joining as there are a few for us to choose from. I had thought about the camping trip with a few of the the Derbys/Notts/Cov crew , but the Saturday's gonna be difficult.
Maybe I could join you from Buxton?

Yep, so I should
Decorating got the better of me yesterday A clean up turned into a major clearout This morning still hadn't painted the hallway So, first thing decided to take the old carpet up (yuk!) Having a breather now to take stock of what I've started... or should I say, what I haven't finished
Let's look on the bright side - what I've saved on petrol today can go towards that zorst I'm after Roll on NBO
Might make it out to one of your evening runs in my slooow sport if I get out of work early enough??

Yup, could be up for this.
What time you thinking of meeting up?
Missus & two of the kids like the look of the park and shops. So that's them sorted

Hiya Jon You got some sort of warning device for approaching corners LOL Have a good journey to Belgium?
Manners, I can only find the NBO camping trip mentioned on the Midlands section, but no run up on Sunday (yet). Joining the S Manchester or other Northern run makes sense, (some nice roads that way too Anyone planning a convoy out of Sheffield?
Will post around

as posted in SOUTH MANCHESTER DRIVE OUT 3, steelx, pitch black, supertouring?, me, will be meeting at the PC WORLD CAR PARK off PORTWOOD, STOCKPORT, at 8:00 am on sunday morning. leaving as soon as we are all there, no later than 8:30, to meet up with the wiggen tree lot at CHARNOCK RICHARD SERVICES on the M6.
They are leaving for the NBO at 9am, so we will have to be sharp.
Anyone else want to be added to the list?
Let me know this week, so we now at stockport who is coming,
chris.

PC World is....
M60 Eastwards towards Stockport, go under the Viaduct (big brick bridge thing ) and take the next exit signposted "Stockport (East)". Go all the way around the roundabout which is underneath the motorway and take the last exit before you would rejoin the M60 going westwards (i.e. coming back on yourself).
PC world (you should see it from the roundabout) is about 50 yds off the juntion on a small retail park (Curry's etc). Bear left into it.

Sorry about letting you down last night, glad to hear you had a good time.
I hope to be there Sunday, but not sure if wife and kids will fancy an early start - just to look at cars! I'll check out the general feelings this week and let you all know for sure. I hope to be there, with or without them.

davehodgeson, you are a bit out of our way coming from leeds, have you checked to see if there are any convoys from your area?
It is a bit of a round trip to get down to stockport, then back up to ripon for you!
