custom centre pipe?

the centre pipe for my hks drager has blown. can anyone tell me a place near manchester to get a new custom 3" center made up?

its a hks centre blown at the mesh wire web lookalike part, now the inner springs can be seen.

Id replace the flexi with a 3" pipe... so yeah it could be mended..

let me know... I doubt it will fit though as my hks hiper centre is different to std centres..
