Well I was trying to keep the meeting place off the board, so that Mr Plod would not decide to join us. Oh well.

..and yes there will be a pub to return to.

 

There's probably more chance of bumping into him on the back road somewhere, but we're alright as long as that Omega is around.

What a fantastic drive .. Even in my Lowly Sport .. Some great roads.. Thanks to ian and Jim for the planning!!

The car Definitely needs some brakes if i'm going to keep it though... The old 1 Pots were struggling !!!

Made me realise that it's not just BHP you need .. I thought i did pretty well, and it was only on the 120+ Straights i started to lag behind . I think the car was on it's limits, and a few four wheel drifts and the odd jump were fun

Changed my mind now.. I nearly swapped the Sport for a Golf Turbo.. but I really can appreciate the 4wd now .. Time for a Turbo me thinks.

Just got back from the blast up rivvy as its known round these parts!!!

I was the scoobyless one with avi

thanks to michelle for the "ride" in the 22b, it was erm, interesting!!!!
I was sure that imprezas had ABS, guess not in the case of the 22b!
I look forward to returning the favour soon (all being well)

Had a great time, havent been that scared for ages, and just to reiterate what I said before, "Its not right for girls to drive like that", you should give my other half some tips!

Also thanks to ian for the skoda rollercoaster ride, drive that car like its stolen mate!

Just woke up, still have the ringing of a screaming 22b in my ears, there is nothing quite like it!!

 

Good to see you guys last night, glad you enjoyed it, we're hoping to sort out a different route so as not to draw too much attention by running it all the time. Andy did you say that you have a set of driving lights you're not using? if you're thinking of getting rid I may be interested as I ran out of light last night
