Everyone in the Subaru community recognised me as the NBO chairman and man behind the vision for 11 years which I set up in January 2003 in the dun cow pub Newcastle .

Take me to court for trying to "steal" the NBO name
All you have is the website registered by Cumbrian scoobs

I'm not trying to confuse anyone As everyone knows I'm not associated with Cumbrian scoobs anymore despite being the founder member in January 2001 untill my departure in 2013 .

I'm just inviting lots of my former friends to a potential meeting 130 miles away from an event in Yorkshire so will atract a different market so will not effect an event known as
Scoobyfest which is name copied from an event is south Africa .

It will be intersting to see if anyone attends the events

 

How can you copyright 3 letters
Those 3 letters are synonymous with the op so dont see an issue personally, a bit like people saying you can't start a Facebook group with that name etc...petty Internet power struggles lol

if the NBO is 'Officially' scoobyfest now...that means the NBO doesn't exist surely?

 

Pretty sure no one can claim to own the Intellectual Property of parking some cars in a field.

NBO went stale a couple of years before I stopped going , too much emphasis on oversized club stands and polishing competitions.

I don't miss the event, miss catching up with friends there though.
