RIGHT GUYS HERE GOES

I know it seems bit early but planning as already started on this event and we need an idea of numbers

we will need to know who wants to put their car on the stand, we also need to know who is hopeing to enter their car in the show and shine competition as we need to allocate their car for easy access,

1. SUNDAY 15TH JUNE IS FATHERS DAY

2. ALL MEMBERS STANDING ON THE CLUB STAND WITH THERE CARS WILL BE EXPECTED TO WEAR CLUB T SHIRT

3. ALL CARS ON CLUB STAND MUST DISPLAY CLUB STICKER

4. ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE NONE REFUNDABLE

As Aileen says a lot of hard work has gone into this already, Id like to pick up on point number two. Anyone wishing to display a car on the club stand will be expected to do so wearing a NYSOC T-SHirt.

Numbers are limited on this so please only put your name down if you are sure you can attend.

This is THE BIG event in the Subaru Calendar and it will be a fantastic day

as always with me i'll don't know my rota that far ahead so,if i'm here i'll defo come but can't give u a yes or no at moment.probably best leaving me out but if i'm home i'll come and support the club the best way i can.hope that makes sense

 

Right well.... Aileen and I have made an executive decision There will be two places reserved on the stand that will go into a hat on the day before for those who would like to go on the stand but cant commit until the day .... so get your names on that list here please

I think this is a fantastic idea,as there are some brilliant cars that would definatley enhance the stand that cannot commit this early
