Well this thread did catch my eye!

But it's all been said before really, hasn't it? Not perfect, but managed to make some important and much needed structural changes to this country which benefited us all in increased standard of living, freedom and prosperity

This.

So overall a pretty good leader for the country. I certainly think that no one could ever run a country perfectly. In which case one needs to weigh up the good done with any downsides.

Certainly compared to some other ruling parties leaders before and after she did a good job.

Whether you agreed with her ways or not, I don't think anyone can argue how patriotic she was, she genuinely cared for her country and wanted to keep the great in Great Britain. Sure there were casualties along the way but her heart was in the right place.

As much as I disliked her for various reasons I would love to see her dealing with these Euro turds in Brussels, she wouldn't be taking any **** from them, unlike our current crop of jelly fished spineless failures.

If companies didn't take the pi$$ with their staff and workers there wouldn't be a need for unions in the first place. Companies have the selfs to blame TBH.

BTW I'm a union member.

I do appreciate that some 'big' companies can take the mick with employees, but as the owner of a SME and therefore an employer I can see the other side.

Personally I will bend over backwards in any way I can to keep hard working, honest, loyal staff on board and know of many other businesses who are exactly the same.

If an employee in my business felt the need to enlist the help of a union due to being 'treated unfairly' then they should perhaps look closer to home for the problem.
