Yet another case of people abusing positions saying "we have done nothing wrong " as an excuse. Mp's abusing expenses and its " we have done nothing wrong" Google, Starbucks, Amazon and Ebay to name but a few paying no tax or virtually none and its "we have done nothing wrong" Now MP's selling favours.
Looks like the only time someone has done something wrong is when its the little man saving a pound or two to get by?

er but google and starbucks HAVEN'T done anything wrong - they are obeying the law as it stands. If you don't like that, then blame the politicians....

What's new about politicians selling favours?

It's like all the green energy stuff, Chris Huhne, the disgraced former MP, is in line to make a lot of money out of it. Why? He let's the greens lobby for the stuff his companies make...

I'd trust a Used Car Salesman more than an MP. Hell, I'd even trust an Estate Agent more than an MP, and Estate Agents are far worse than any Used Car Salesmen.

Lobbying was yet another thing Cameron promised to address with some long rambling electioneering speech that he hasn't done anything whatsoever about!!!

Law or not, I reckon that it is morally wrong to enter a contract in which you as an MP or a member of the Lord's are using your official position as part of the government of this country to make money privately on behalf of a commercial firm.

I don't think those three who were caught at it have any excuse that will hold water and they should be given the order of the boot!

Apparently it will make no difference to them if they give up their post as they then just freelance in so no change really?
