I know this is a pretty bad crime but 23 years? More than you get for setting fire to your kids.

And what idiot runs a cop shop so that one man can walk into store and nick bags of drugs. No audit check or similar?

I think the sentence is right - he should've known better.

I understand it seem excessive compared to setting fire to six kids, but its quite possible more people die with these drugs in circulation.
