Mine was 2 hours after having the snip but luckily only lasted for about an hour.
Cut,knocks, grazes came nowhere near how much pain I was in.

got hit by a Volvo estate travelling at stupid speeds in a 30mph zone, nearly took my arm off and gave me internal bleeding, that hurt. All the operations afterwards were pretty bad too but now I have a bionic arm

he wanted to make a mould of my tooth and then make a cap to put over it....but i laughed at him when he told me the price, asked him to take it out and he said no becuase its a main moler or something?! tbh think he was bull****ting me to get me to spend the 4k lol but use a different dentist now anyway....

Got done over in a club on my first legal drinking new year.
Bruised kidneys, ruptured spleen, and lower rib dislodged and wedged under the rib above it ..... pi55ed blood for weeks ..... by far the most painful thing ive ever experienced (until they filled me with morphine).
Have split my kneecap snowboarding, and had plenty of other injurys from racing DH mountain bikes since i was 15 .... including degloving my jaw and having a helicopter ride i cant remember (cant remember 4 days before or 2 weeks after though so couldnt rightly say how much that one hurt).
However the rib stuff was mental pain .... couldnt even move my neck or talk without blacking out.
....Adam .... the snip .... an hours pain for all the following years of laying the pipe without dong bags .... worth it though right? :-)

Broken little toe from falling down stairs, took 12 weeks to sort itself.
or Back pain, I twisted my back just before xmas this year and I couldnt stand up, lift my feet to sit up neither and spent all of xmas and the new year laying on the sofa watching my kids playing with their presents that the wife had to go out to buy and wrap (usually I build and wrap all of the bigger stuff). Never felt so useless in my life too.

My recent back problems have been right up there combined with not being able to walk / move etc. The co-codamol I got prescribed combined with Ibuprofen took the edge off it but it still hurt a lot. Was hoping to get something stronger out of the docs but no good.
Nothing like some of the stuff described so far though

Putting a disc out in my back in a big way. Extremely painful. Morphine helped a bit.

Passing a kidney stone a couple of years ago. Woke up at 4am with a pain that felt like I was desperate for a pee. By 6am I was in agony and hardly able to talk with a horrendous pain around my kidney area. It honestly felt like I'd been stabbed and my bladder was going to explode.
I ended up first at a walk-in centre then A&E, they wouldn't give me any pain killers until they knew what it was and every time I moved the pain got worse, I was literally curled up in a ball whimpering, white as a sheet.
After around 6 hours of this, with no diagnosis, I finally passed a stone the size of a small ball bearing - it actually made a very satisfying 'plink' noise off the porcelain in the toilet. Instant relief from the pain, it was euphoric.
A small ball bearing might not sound like much, but the tube it was travelling along is about a 3mm diameter. No wonder it hurt so much.

Had a really bad bout of Toothache years ago. Pain killers didn't help, and I couldn't get to the Dentist till the next morning.
I couldn't sleep, and it hurt that much I was crying in pain. Never want to go through that much pain again...... ever

snapping ACL and PCL was nasty but coming around after surgery on a knee bending machine to keep it mobile without morphine was worse.
Acute appendicitis was bad, thought my guts were trying to escape from my body out of my naval.
Having feet tattooed sucks a lot too.

Salmonella poisoning - not sure if you'd class it as pain per say, but I've never felt so ill. It got the point where I would quite happily have gone to 'sleep' to get rid of it. Quite dark thoughts thinking back on it.

I will second kidney stones - worst pain i have ever experienced.
Broken a few bones and that pain is nothing compared to a kidney stone passing through your system. Proper make you puke pain.

Yep, pissing semi-congealed blood! A searing/intense burning pain - of colossal magnitude! - through the urethra. Feels like pissing red-hot razor blades! (I imagine lol). The pain almost made me pass out.
God knows what a kidney stone would feel like *shudder*

I've taken a finger off and in the same incident broke two other fingers in three places, broken ribs (five times) broken arms, had 17 stitches 10 in my head after a pub fight (what a night though) had umpteen black finger nails, several very deep cuts and burns from my time at sea as fisherman which went untreated, but nothing compares to tooth ache.
