Does anyone have season 4 of prison break that they purchased when it first came out?

We have decided to watch Prison Break again and have found out that in the last episode of season 4 they released 2 more episodes that you should watch BEFORE the last 10minutes.... ..

Anyways. Just finished watching the final episode of the last season and noticed Sara has a huge scar on her right sholder. - When she's wearing a yellow dress.

Anyways currently watching the 2 new episodes (which are amazing) and it shows you how she gets the scar.

So I am wondering if they changed the ending of the last episode of season 4 to coinside with the new episodes.

 

Are these the 2 episodes when Sarah goes to Prison with that girl that used to be in that thing with Don Johnson?.
