UK's favourite number one single
Anybody else see the countdown over the weekend?
I did, i thought it was pretty good, and i thought Fearne Cotton presented it well. Noel Gallagher continues to crack me up, great sense of humour.
But.
Is anybody else slightly bored by these polls because of the monotonous predictability of Bohemian Rhapsody occupying the top slot?
Is it really that good a song or has it almost become against the law not to vote for it time after time?
Any thoughts?

was good, thought the top single was well deserved. Only thing that was annoying was that they didnt play the whole single at the end from start to finish, instead the credits came on and that was that.
gave me some good ideas for songs to download that i havent heard for a long time though.

Best we go with Bohemian Rhapsody then 
In all seriousness though I do agree with you about BH and several other tunes that are so called classics as it happens. I think The Eagles are a great band, for instance, but I do not think Hotel California is their best work, not by a long chalk.
Likewise bloody Layla and that pile of horse **** that is American Pie.
