5 out of 10 for me, was okay, had some novel stuff in there for comic book fans but overall was just not quite dark enough to do justice to the original story (because hollywood is full of poofs and ponce's)

Struggling to understand how they are remaking it only 10 years after Toby became Spiderman! I loved those 3 movies and can't wait to see this one however
