Had not been seen for three years.

How do you put on weight so fast? I estimate she must have been gaining at least a stone a month, probably one and a half stone.

Parents and family want locking up.

 

I'm at home chillin out,flicked on the tv and this came on,to be honest i was kinda shocked when they said she was 19 and 60+ stone....

 

You don't earn that sort wedge down the pits.

13,000 calories a day, how, physically could you eat that much food in a day ?

Her mum didnt have time to prepare her healthy food when she came back from fat camp so they had fish and chips, surely it takes time to go to the chippy and how many times a day were they going and why didnt the big lump do it herself ?

Should be locked in a room and feed 1200 calories a day until a more normal weight, now she is just becoming a problem that the rest of us pay for, based ont hat weight though I cant imagine it will be long.

 

Is she fit?

 

I heard that's will's missus, no wonder he goes around bumming sheep.






She gets her own drawbridge out of her bedroom and here I am using the stairs like a mug

I hear that she was 63 stone, not 60. Not that 60 is any better, but 63 is even worse.

As DL says, hope she gets sorted.

 

To be honest I would advocate institutionalizing her.

It seems abhorrent in our touchy feely age where 'solutions' are a team of dieticians, therapists, social workers, doctors...all funded by the taxpayer and most likely going to fail.

Institutionalising her would remove her freedom, but what freedom do you have at 40 stone +? None, and you are going to die very soon.

A bit morbid but what happens when someone of that size dies, can they be cremated as normal, do they fit in or do they have to be cut up into suitable sized chunks ?

She was when she got overly big so her parents are responsible from a very young age. It's unbelievable you would let your own child get like that.

How did they cart her off to hospital, one of these?

Whilst she is in hospital,they could do a gastric band or stomack bypass op.....

She would drop weight quickly and under medical supervision could get back to living a normal life..

Will they do it?...I doubt it......shame.

 

Carers do what they're paid to do. - Or they get the boot

Unless it's relatives , in which case they should be locked up

 

She was actually a registered carer for her Mum.

I'm a fatty but no where near her , at my weight I think it's disgusting I got here.

At what point did she think enough is enough?

Thats the same weight as my whole healthy family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids) TWICE

All the above comments to one side, I do feel sorry for her in a way, its shocking to know that someone can fall into a life of misery and/or denial and eat themselves into a early grave. As already said you have got to start looking at family and friends to get answers to how "they" have allowed this to happen? Surely at 20+ stone the alarms bells of a Teenage kid clearly being excessively over weight should have been challanaged, maybe even some intervention of the social services, but lets not go that road with the SS, thats a topic that boils my blood!

What ever the cause, I just hope she can healthily shed 3/4 of her weight.
