Best site to sell a campervan?
I'm helping my Mum out with advertising their campervan, unfortuantely since my Dad passing away earlier in the year and the fact that she doesn't drive it's no longer useful.
She wants shot of it quite quickly so where's best to advertise? My obvious choice would be Autotrader but they also happen to be the most expensive £30 web only or £35 web/print and only 2 weeks.
I'll stick it on Gumtree as this is free, she doesn't want to do an eBay auction but a classified ad on ther is £15. Anywhere else? She's had it in the local rag for a few weeks but no takers.

What sort of campervan are we talking about? VW Transporter? 6 berth Winnebago?
My friend just had his written off, when hit by a HGV in which the driver fell asleep at the wheel, so my friend is looking for a replacement.

At the moment I don't know the precise details but I think it's an MY00 Autocruise Valentine which is based on a Peugeot Boxer chassis, 1.9l turbo diesal. Only a two birth but with all the mod cons - 240v hookup, blown air gas heating, hot water, shower / toilet, fridge, cooker etc., 2 owners and low mileage, recent tax/MoT FSH ....

I would have suggested the same as pete, or ask your mum if they are members of the caravan club, if they are you can sell on there, also www.pistonheads.com
