Was watching sky one on Sunday night and saw the Richard Blackwood - Destinys Child proggy (damn Kelly looks tasty) but does anyone know the name of that rap song that was the main theme song "if u like hip hop music"?

Also what the dance them to Australia Uncovered - the lyrics start "im flying". I should know this one but cant remember the title.
