Default And now, for something completely different....

Just thought some of you might be interested in a video the company I work for has just put on line as it's pretty impressive stuff.

To give you some context, these guys are traveling at about 100 mph. There is NO margin for error. They still need to fly to clear air space to deploy a parachute to land safely.

I'm not in this video as I don't BASE jump, but I do skydive with our suits and teach others how to fly them, as well as work on R&D and test jump new suits.

Nope. This is brand new footage, only been online, in the public domain for 5 hours.

There are there videos of proximity flying online, but none are anywhere near as close to the skill level as shown in this video

There is a better vid of somone doing a flyby on that moutain with the veiwing ledge somewhere

I know which one you mean, and it's not as good. The line flown is not anywhere near as close to the ground before, or after

I would really enjoy doing that. You can get into some quite restricted areas with such a narrow wingspan!

Me too, looks amazing, just got to see if I have the ***** to get my freefall licence first lol
