The lawyer added Ms Zucker and her five-month-old baby would not be able to use public transport if Cole was banned because of their "profile".
"Taxi....." FFS, why do we constantly bend over for these celebrity fcuktards?

But you were heading for double the limit , whilst he was "only" at +50%.

Seems about right, as we don't (yet) fine according to income.

You're right-we do! BUT only if the Defendant fills out a means form and provides it to the court. If they don't then the magistrates will have to "guess" the income and fine in accordance with the magistrates sentencing guidelines.

If he loses his appeal, a Crown Court Judge would, I suspect, order that he disclose his incomings/outgoings and increase the fine.....oh and order him to pay more costs.

Certainly looks like there is one law for celebrities and the "works" for the rest of us

With 6 points on his licence and if his wife is really that wound up, he should have thought about all of that before driving at that sort of speed on a dual carriageway. He will just go and do it all over again probably. Rest of us would had got a year off driving with an even bigger fine!
