It sticks in your head. Ghastly advert.
GoCompare is the same as the Halifax adverts, I have to switch the tv over until I think they may be finished

Do they actually buy any car? Anyone tried them? Would imagine prices offered would be rock bottom.

My friend rang them told them the details of there car and they offered them X amount over the phone (top book price i think). So he though great, he had to take it to a local W/B any car dealer and pay £49 for them to have a look over the car all they did was pick fault with the car and offered him a $hite price! its a con to me.

We met one of the singers from their advert doing a bit of singing at a camp site. She proudly announced that she'd been on the telly in an advert and if we knew which one. To which my mate shouted out Honey Monster which started the whole room laughing. Quality, she didn't know what to do or say and eventually mumbled No, Sheila's Wheels.

I said offered, not gave I was curious about their set up, so put the car's details in for a laugh

PS: For the record, that particular car isn't actually for sale, at any price

Agreed about your golf, looks nice and straight.

Worked in an office next to the Northampton webuyanycar.com - the number of sheds driven by what can best be described as the 'great unwashed' was a sight to see. Most of the stuff brought in was just junk at best.

Cheers Paul, it needs a bit of bodywork attending too, but it is a good one

And the previous owner, a fellow SNer, obligingly put a lot of very nice suspension and engine bits on it, before he sold it to me
