Doubt it's jailbroken. Looks more like a cheap Chinese copy, which isn't too surprising seeing as the item location is in China.

Theres a guy on the oil rig I'm working on just now who is selling these phones, I had one in my hand yesterday. they're actually not too bad although the camera is ****e, touch screens are very good, the back comes off a bit too easily.
Takes 2 sim cards too, You can get them for about 45 quid if you shop around, they are better than most phones you can get for that price.
