I still don't understand the sizes but I am trying to do as much research on the internet as possible. They say that anymore than a handful is a waste but I don't think so... or is that a mouthful ????

It's all to do with cups. Er, letters are shape and Nos are chest size. ABCDEFG,GG etc.
