Blocked Nose
Does anyone know of a product, that I can go get from Tesco's, that will unblock my nose for a hour or so?
Using Olbas Oil, but it's pretty useless and need a decent sleep tonight

Sudafed usually works well for me, can't say I have used for a few years though. Cheaper just to get on with things.
I understand that man flu is the worst for of flu though, so I suggest paracetamol, olbas oil and some vicks on your chest. Just like mummy used to do. lol

Well ended up buying otrivine nasal spray because that seemed the most popular item taken from the shelf and it's cracking stuff tbh, within 2 minutes it was sorted, better than normal in fact and I don't have a runny nose.

I use Sudafed Nasal Spray - excellent for a full nights sleep with an ublocked nose. Don't overuse it as it has active ingredients. Sudafed tablets do not contain the active ingredient they used to have so not so good, however Sinutab is now a similar formulation to what Sudafed used to be.
