Didn't we have all this malarkey last year over the Gooners & Spuds at Old Trafford. All I can say is shut your bleedin' moaning How many times have supporters of clubs in the north west been forced to travel to London to watch Semis or the Final.
As far as I am concerned the FA should seize a golden opportunity to build the new national stadium where it belongs, half way down the East Lancs Road, then at least the two teams who practically own the Cup don't have to travel to far to get it back.
Flippin' Southerners, think they own the place.

If you read on the BBC the decision was down to two factors. One the date of the semi finals is also that of the London marathon, though why that is a problem I'm not too sure as it will be over and done with by then. But the intractable problem is i guess that the police don't want a football match in London with a 7pm kick off on a Sunday evening. Before you say change the time then, an earlier kick-off would then definitely clash with the marathon.

The problem is that there is not a decent stadium with sufficient capacity in London.
You suggest Chelsea but that stadium does not have a history of hosting major matches, why I ask? Not up to the job.
The Londonners have had it too easy for too long with Wembley. The National stadium should be situated in a position where it is easily accesible for all fans not just the one or two Londfon teams that sometimes gets to the final.

I think you guys have lost the meaning of this post !
i dont object to the national stadium being half way up the country although maybe it should be in the CAPITAL which i would suggest Manchester is not
What i am saying is why are two London clubs forced to travel when the Arsenal stadium is fine
Suurely the Fa can check when other events are so as to avoid them
