Default Labour cuts?

*****, more like.

just seen 'em on TV talking about how much they will cut and where.

But they FAIL to say that the cuts are necessary because they have borrowed FIVE HUNDRED times the amount the Conservatives ever did

Whilst I hate the Tories for what they did to this country under Thatcher, we HAVE to vote these idiots into the wasteland for a LONG time.

The vast majority of which was to rescue the banks and fix the mess that they made. The one group who will not be cut.

profits are priviatised -- thru lax regulation, lax tax regime etc
losses are nationalised -- thru public service cuts, high taxes to finance public debt (which was used to buy second homes in Cornwall and yachts in Monaco)

same old same old

Its a matter of history that they have always ruined the economy one way or another and the conservataives have always had the difficult job to rebuild it all.

And I can just imagine the FRENCH government's reaction to THAT directive:

"Until we have replaced the capacity we are going to lose.

Now, what was OUR government's response?

Don't tell me: "What can weeeeeeee do? It's not out fault, blame that nasty EU........."

Sound about right?

That they do, and in areas which are in the LEAST bit mountainous, they have hydro-electric stations, even tiny ones that feed just one small town/village.

Then they have made the area behind the dams for these a leisure area, so tourism increases.

They have also got nearly TEN TIMES the windpower we have, already.

But we had coal............until Thatcher sh*t herself over the amount of influence the miners had, and ruined it for everyone.

You obviously didn't read my first post properly:
