just a quick question simmilar tu other posts a friend of mine is in a bit off bother hes renting a car on finance can they touch it your thoughts please regards nick

yes mate i did on his finance docs it says you are renting the car from us till payments are finished basicley same as finance sorry i cant spell lol

I doubt they can seize it it doesn't belong to him if it is on either finance or lease as there are other parties concern who own it until payment is made in full.

if a bailiff is after your assets a car on finance cannot be taken as it is effectively property of the finance company

can bailiff sieze your car if on hp or finance or renting one
