A friend of a friend has moved to New Zealand and has asked me to look after two properties she has let out.

The day to day looking after them is not a problem as I have some good contacts, however it is the paperwork side of things that I need some advice on.

I presume I will need to make a contract between myself and the property owner and tennant ? What should I put in these contracts ? Is there an example of a contract on the web anywhere ?

Also where does the bond money go nowadays ?

What is the easiest thing to do regarding payments ? Do I pay the rent as and when I get it through ?
