Work related question
I handed my notice in two weeks ago,and finish this Friday. I'm still owed three days pay(due to the way the working week goes).What i would like to know,should i get all the money owed this Friday,(the normal payday) or get my normal wage this week and hope they give me my three days next week?

I work for a small company,the owner hasn't got a f*cking clue what he's doing and the lass who does the accounts is thick as f*ck,so that wont help

Has he paid you for tomorrow though?
My Mrs quit her job at NEDCC offices a few months ago, she worked flexi time and had accrude about 40hrs. When she left they forgot to pay the accrued hours and gave her her P45 minus this as well. Anyway, they paid her some money the following month and then out of the blue yesterday they've paid her some more. It must be at least 7 months since she left.

In the past when I've left, real companies with competent staff have given me all monies owed in the last pay packet. Those companies, even large ones, with cr*p staff have not ..... so it's been forthcoming after I've left.
If you're in sales, and depending on your contract, it could be that commission will come along later - such as when it's paid every quarter and your leaving date isn't at the end.

In all i've worked there 10years,its only a small glass company,but i was the so called manager.I think im getting paid for tomorrow,but i'll have to wait and see. As for leaving today,i think he thinks i'll be pinching a few customers,so wants me out of the way.
