Been offered an upgrade from T-Mobile
Baiscally these were the ones spouted at me over the phone but i wouldn't mind opinions from those that have used them! also if there are better alternatives, feel free to suggest!
LG Renoir
Samsung Picson
Sony Ericsson C902 or W760i
Nokia N95 8gb or E71
i've had Sony for the last few and before that Samsung as i felt they were much more intuitive than the Nokia's i'd been given for work. Any thoughts at all gadget fans?

Ive played with the E71, lovely looking phone and feels very strong but useablity is awful. I like Nokias for the ease of use but the E71 falls flat on its face. Hoping for a Blackberry Bold soon, now thats a nice bit of kit.
Not played with the others, sorry

I had hoped they might have improved a bit.

had sony ericsson phones for years as i didn't get on with some of the others i've had in the past
just gone for a 902. i have w880 at the moment, so same charger etc, works with same handsfree kit in the car and with skype too according to sony ericsson, so no need to learn how to use a different type of phone

eggy - i knew there were higher number versions of the Nokia out there, are they any good though or is it likely to be out of date already? That's another thing putting me off the N95.
This LG thing seems to have good reviews but i see them as a budget brand more than anything. Anyone know what they are like to live with?

I take pics with it. I tend not to use the web stuff because of the expense and i do listen to music on it as i use it as an mp3 player on the bike etc.
Roaming is useful to me because i like to travel but i really want somethign that is easy to live with and intuitive to use. I don't want something that has a really aggravating menu system on it.
Damn i'm picky.

Samsun M8800 Pixon
Forget the N95, its not a bad phone but its outdated now, the N96 runs the same processor and has the same duff battery life, so your choice is between the C902 or the Pixon, i would (have) gone for the Pixon from an N95
