Default Are Wireless head sets dangerous ?

I spend a lot of time on long .. long calls and have recently gotten on of these *see attached pic*

Means I can go for a **** whilst I'm on a long conference call !

Anyway, mobile phones give me a head ache and I'm a bit worried this thing might do me harm too ..

Any one read anything about these type of head sets ?

Well, you'd struggle to strangle yourself with one, so that must make it reasonably safe.
