Off to the Harbour for us, see if it's all that , cant see it comparing to London over the last few years bar the weather.

Glad to read she's feeling better, saw your thread and reminded me of an experience my wife had with a headaches and vomitting a few months back, taken into hospital, pain killers didnt work for about 6 hours CAT scans, lumber punch, blood tests the lot, scares the poop out of you thats for sure.

Ah yes, New Years Eve. Mrs Abdabz and I plan to celebrate being another year closer to death by having my brother and his split over for a Wii Sports / Champagne and Buffet type evening.

 

just gonna stay in with the misses..... drink some beers, eat some food, then make her suck my d1ck

I'm stuck offshore and I don't even get to start late!

6am start for me so boubt I'll stay up for the bells

 

Just waiting for the Mrs to get back from avin her mop chopped then we're going to London till the 3rd, dont usually do a lot on NYE cos we live in such a tin pot town so it will be a total experience, staying at the Hilton Trafalger Square, which is nice!!

 

Babysitting my kids, so a quiet night in with a mate and his wife coming round.

 

Nothing ... I hate New Years Eve. Another year to do it all over again.

im working from 2300 till 0600 so i wont be gettin out my tree unfortunately !

 

Just me and the wife, rent a few films out, bottle of wine, watch all the fireworks from about 11:50 to 12:30 then off to bed to start the year with a bang!

 

we were planning to make the long hike to the pub.... 2 doors down but with me suffering from some rotten bug and feeling absolutely shoite, i think it will be a night in front of a log fire with some take out delivered

 

Sat by the Opera House looking at the bridge, lots of nicely lit boats floating around the Harbour, as for the display good use of the Bridge, yes but in the same argument London makes better use of the wheel, on the plus side it was 35oC and nice and balmy, so in summary, harbourNo not all that, London pishes on Sydney for the fireworks but not the atmosphere or weather, very difficult to spot a drunken fool either which made a pleasant change from London

Watched the London fireworks on (Aus) Sky News this morning and looked great as usual but they had to comment that it wasn't as good as their own, should have gone to specsavers one thinks.
