Have you ever worked out how much you spend a year on your finer things in life.
I have,only including...Alcohol(In the House)...Smokes,Takeaways,and Nights out.
Mine comes to 9k a year.

I'm not being funny but i would say after i've paid the bills, i spend all my earnings on going out boozing (socialising if you put it as an interest) , which probably explains why i've never bought a house, quite sad really when you add it all up.
