The only issue is, of course, finding the rest of the cash to sort out the legal side of things, then the council tax etc on it until you can sell it. Mind you, sell it on for £500K and you've still made a tidy profit.

 

Stamp and legal fees are covered by the sellers and I doubt Id keep it.

Think I will buy a ticket. What the hell.

bought 3 tickets, me and my partner feel lucky, wouldnt be keeping it though be a sold at a bargain price shortly afterwards.
