House is going on the market next week and I've not had to do this (get a solicitor) since 1996 so a bit removed from the whole process. Solicitors recommended by the estate agents have been £700+++. Got a couple of online quotes and they've come under £300. Much better .... but .....

As far as I can see a 'selling only' solicitor doesn't actually have to do much and, having a Glaswegian dad, I want to spend as little as possible. Anyone got a quote online and used them? Successfully?
