Kinda funny as it was someone else. I'd die if I did that

 

I actually did that once in the Gym (didn't break it, though!!)
I turned round after somebody shouted me and just collapsed onto the belt at about 10mph.
I missed the STOP button on my way down and for some reason I tried to get up.

My knees were grating away on the treadmill, like using a power sander, and subsequently I had VERY bad chaffed knees for weeks.

I can laugh about it now, though


Consequently, I no longer go on the treadmill unless I'm in the Gym by myself..

 

It's because the fat bloke next to him doesn't even know what they are.
