I've got the Nokia N95 8Gb and it knocks spots off my M8s Samsung u900. Especially in the picture stakes. For a camera with a supposed 5MP camera the samsung picture quality sucks.

Not to mention the N95 has far better storage capacity, rund simbian software which is a pleasure to use AND has sat nav, bit of a no brainer IMO

Funnily enough I was having this same debate today and went to CPW for a look.
N95 is a bit of a brick isn't it? U900 was a very neat package I thought but didn't see it switched on.

I've had sony for several years now and hated my last nokia symbian combo (6260 I think) so edge away from the N95 but if people confirm it's fantastic, I might have to give it a go....

the n95 8GB is a good phone, its alot better than the original n95 anyway. i work in a phone shop and just got a new phone, but i went for the n82. i personally prefer it plus the actual build quality feels alot better. it does come with a 2GB memory card aswell so only a quarter of the space of the 8GB, but by the time you fill up a 2GB card, 8GB cards will be cheap as Chips...

i am not a fan of the u900 due to the touch buttons. don't get on with them. especially if i am drunk

On both those phones, are you able to use your own headphones on the handsfree like you can with a sony?

Dont know, but the N95 8GB streams audio to my head unit in the car, and can be controlled by the cars head unit. so i would guess playlists will work too

SONY MEX- BT2500CD

Has bluetooth conectivity, for making and recieving calls

front audio jack (ipod)

if you shop around its, £79.00 & FD

the calls side has some limitations, but it works well (number of numbers stored) , the next models up will copy & store your sim card contacts for total handsfree use, but its about £250+
