Unhappy Require some E-bay advice.. Possible dodgy scam..

Hi,

After some advice in relation to an item I have sold on E-bay. Here is the story (please bare with me on this):

Just sold on E-bay an old Commodore Amiga game on Thursday 1st May for a priceley sum of £1.20 Plus P&P costs. Contacted the seller and got no reply for the past 4 days.
After sending an invoice on the day of sale and letting this person know that if payment was recieved before Saturday 3rd May I could send it off via the post office on that Saturday morning, got no reply.

Then on Sunday sent another e-mail advising that the date had gone and that the package won't be sent until payment had been sent via paypal which now will be in the week, again no comeback via e-mail, also considering that it was a bank holiday weekend as well so thought this guy was away.
Sent another reminder invoice this morning (tues. 6th May informing the buyer that if payment was not sent before Thursday 8th May then I would re-list and inform E-bay of non-payment. Have now had an e-mail off paypal informing me that payment has now been received. All well and good you would think but. I have been doing some Sherlock Holmes work and this is where I need the advice:

The buyer only sells DVD films and not computer games.

The Buyer appears to have 2 surnames listed. One on E-bay does not tally with the surname on PAYPAL. Plus 2 different e-mail accounts. 1 x Hotmail 1x AOL.

Since sending him the invoice and e-mail received 2 of the same E-mail from a Nigerian Bank claiming about claiming some money back (Maybe coincidence ). I know a scam mail

Only received a PAYPAL confirmation e-mail and nothing from the seller either giving me grief for being on his back/apology for not getting back to me sooner.

Checked my PayPal account and he is showing up as:
Seller Protection Policy:
Ineligible Attn. Sellers:
Delivery to a Confirmed Address may help to reduce your risk of dealing with fraudulent buyers.
Which I have no done by doing a search on e-bay for the user and contacting the buyer to confirm address etc...

Should I be concerned/worried about this?

Thanks for reading. Look forward to the replies.

Its a couple of quid, so not going to bankrupt you. The worst he can do is report the goods not received or not as described and have paypal refund his money.
If it were me and the paypal payment has cleared (not an e-cheque), then I would send it but not leave feedback untill I was satisfied it was all ok.

Thanks. I know it's not much but it's only my second sale on e-bay, just wondered if this guy's account has been hacked. Just had a reply back to confirm the address and looks okay at the moment.
