Toddlers, Dont you just love em
Mines sat here watching JC's top 100 cars making car noises whilst mutilating a big Dodge Viper model (similar effect to a Baboon at a Safari park), a Petrolhead in the making.
Brings a tear to my eye.....

I think you have to get 'em trained young. My brother assures me that my nephew's first word was "car" (which may not have gone down too well with my sister in law!).
Now (age 3) it's "What do you want for your birthday Ewan?" "Cars and lorries"
"Do you want me to turn over so you can watch cartoons?" "No want to watch the racing cars"
If he's trying to impress father/grandfather/uncles, he's succeeding!

my wife was 8 months pregnant when, at a bike trackday run by a buddy, a marshal took her out in the saftey car at lunch for a laugh- she thought that saftey car was not the right name for it when she got back

now thats starting young!
Tiggs
ps- marshal was unaware she was preggers (bizzare but true) so dont need any "ohhh, its against IFA BBO KFC regulations to allow the unborn on race tracks..."

For sure, if I have a kid, he/she is going to make sure cars are his/her's favourite topic
When I was little I much preferred playing with mecanno, technic lego, transformers and cars in general
I was constantly nicking my brother's toys to add to my collection
Fortunately he eventually decided that train sets were safer from my grasp

BOB.T,
Its a waiting game, when she gets to 13 or 14, tell her that boys like cars and if she is well educated on them she will have a topic of conversation, when on the pull!

Bob, the World Rally Championship is the answer, my 2 year old daughter loves it and can even spot an Impreza (like daddy's red car) or a 206... Anyway she started to like it when she saw jumping cars
, and now she asks me why there are no Nissan Skyline Rally Rally cars, so I think she is well trained...
Car programs are second only to the f*ckin tweenies now
And she keeps asking me to get here a Rally Rally car, and is particularly confused by the KFC advert, whenever it comes on she is disappointed because it only shows a few seconds of the 'Rally Car Impreza'....
I suppose I should be teaching her more useful things, but we both enjoy the WRC

*lol* My daughter (3 1/2) loves being in the car too, it's great. She enjoys shouting 'wheeeeee' when we go round corners and asks me to go faster
, but of course I can't break the limit. When other road users are being rediculous she calls them gibbons and shakes her fist *lmao*. And she digs the fact I have Mr. Happy on my dials

My 3 Lads (Yes 3) aged 6,4,2 always want me to do "Squeally tyres" but know not to ask when mums in the car, A T5 is only really good at one thing, Squeally tyres.
The eldest now requests burnouts instead as his education is coming on

Emma (3) is already a petrol head. She told me last week that Santa would bring me a new 'scoopy' if I was reall really good. She always has to drive the last 400 yards home (private road), and she shoots the bird and screams halfwit at other cars (I wonder where she learned that
) Favourite TV is WSB, followed by WRC, F1 and then the fekin tweenies.

Lucy will be 1 next week and eats and ***** a lot. I'm planning to start the training course in about 3 months

Sith, following in a great tradition, however by the time they are old enough to drive (about 25 by then) there will be no Novas left, anyway I buy and sell the odd car and they werent very impressed by the Nova "Sting" I had a few months back, still made me £300 which bought them Christmas pressies.
