How Long Is It?
Made you look, made you stare,
How long will it take me to drive to Trier, Germany from Calais/Dunkirk
Google maps says 4 hours , ah,ah,ah,bullsh1t!!
Am going out for the rally in august. Will probably go Dover / Dunkirk as Norfolk line are £40 return for car plus two.
Btw, is it best to go via luxemburg or Liege?
Thank for all/any info.

We do it every year and take a leisurely five hours to get there from the Chunnel which includes stops for fuel, coffee and lunch. We tend to go via Liege but last year came back via Luxembourg for a change
There's not much difference to be honest but whatever you do don't go via Brussels, it's sh1te

Avoid Brussels?
Didn't know they served sprouts.
What route do i take then? every route finder sends me via the Brussels ring road.

We drive to the ring quite often. Brussels ring road isn't THAT bad, hard to avoid it the way we go, takes about 4 hours. I have been through Trier, it's lovely.
