CHICHESTER....
Any one know of a reasonable pub/bar in Chichester where a couple can meet for a drink and possibly an edible bar snack or pub meal? Must be central within a walk of station.
Long shot I know........ TIA d

Not really, sorry, but this may be of a little use
chichester pubs and bars; pubs in chichester # beerintheevening.com
We ate at a Zizzys when we stayed there which was 'OK'
There must be somewhere good, there's money down there!

Depends on the age group
Avoid the pub immediately opposite the station...
walk up south street.. slug & lettuce (good) mixed age groups 25-50
straight opposite cafe rouge, (service was poor at chrimbo)
next to that is a new one zxxx, something.
from there on up south street are numerous bars/ Restaurants
The one that replaced the white horse, is ok by all accounts.
When you reach the cross it tends to get a bit diverse..
west takes you to the big new one on the corner Dolphin & Anchor past
that is the old church now converted to a pub (Don't know its name)
North gives you the "old cross" haven't been in there for some time (years)
then you have the "ship" if i recall
East gives you the "hole in the wall" kids mainly if you carry on east st, you get "ASK" bar / Restaurants
past that toward toward the market (bear left) you get woodies (used to be very good) and a number of other bars / Restaurants
Forgot to add, if you go south when they get to the station, there's Chichester gate:
multiplex / bowling / chinese restaurant / indian restaurant / hard rock cafe & wests (if i recall)
wests is ok, but gets very busy

Well being the innocent thing that I am I had to do a search for 'little blue pills' as I didn't know what you meant I have to say I'm shocked David
I mean, surely a man of your apparent virility would have no need for such things?
