If I put this page in two frames, how can i make the contents appear in the bottom frame, when I click on the link in the top frame .. if that makes sense

I dont think you can do it with that menu (Ive used that on a previous site) but generally when you add a link you can add a target as well i.e. _blank witch would then load that link in a new window, I suspect if you had a bottom frame it would be called _Main ?

Was that any help?

When you create the frame set use th ename attributte to give each frame a distinct name. that name can then be used as the value of the target attribute in the anchor

if you have a look at www.scoobyworld.co.uk I do just that - 2 frames - new pages open in the bottom frame and use the attribute 'open new pages in "MainFrame"'

Easy with Dreamweaver, mail me if you want some help
