camera alerts are not reliable on sat navs..im currently using the navman 360 i with navpix..the nav pix is great, but sometimes i do find that i have to go back to the tom tom to find places if i use post code search,as the navman does not always reconise the post code, but its not very often..if you want reliable speed camera then go for the road angel sat nav combined with speed cameras.or the syrius.

i'm always looking at the tom tom 720, there just over your budget at the mo, both halfraurds and amazon are doing them for £218.88 inc delivery

Im using Garmin on the headunit, and also use it in the USA, would happily say save some pennies and get a Garmin.
Look on Comet for a comparison as its got a handy little features tick section showing you what it has. Then you can put them all together and decide. (then buy it cheaper elsewhere)

Well I use the Navman F20 the latest model has all the fixed cameras on however it is nearly correct I found about 10 -20 foot out really but the first warning is usually enough to get you looking.
As far as getting somewhere with it, I have only had it fail me once in the middle of Derbyshire where is relied on the postcode for the village not the exact place so we had rto ask but we were quite close to the actual place. Next time I shall use the road name which is the obvious fix.
It does not have bluetooth so it fails on your requirement list but if you can live without it then it may be worth a shot.
Like others have said if you want camera detector you will need another unit as the camera data base is only as good as the update you have on your machine
