Orange Customer Service !!
My N95 has been freezing and turning off for a while now and I decided to call orange.
After a 10 minute chat with a really helpful bloke he informs me his computer thinks I should get a new phone and would I be at home tomorrow morning to receive it.. I nearly passed out!!
So to anyone considering Orange two thumbs up from me !!

They kept ignoring me when I told them my 6280 was rapidly self destructing so sent a stroppy email. They then tried to charge a massive fee for my broken phone. So another email. Then got a call, fee waived, free upgrade and all good again.

Had the same service from them today on my daughters phone. Even though I used an 0800 number from a landline to call them and they rang me straight back, they even credited my daughters account for the call I originally made to them as they deemed the phone fault as their responsibility and so the call costs are too.
So, new phone, paid for the call and I'm just invoicing them now for 20 minutes of my time.
Pimmo, how's pupster?

Shes very quiet.. Took her out the other day for what turned out to be a much longer walk than I think should have been.
She came the park with me this morning and was fine.. seems very tired at the moment. Sitting next to me just before I leave her and go to work. My g/f will be home about 6 so not too long for her.
She still has the runs but its changin from solid it water.. I've given her the expensive feed... I forget the name its meant to be the best and shes ignoring her chicken wings...
I'm gonna give her til tomorrow morning and then might take her the vet to make sure iit is just her diet.
Shes happily attacking my gerbils in their cage at the moment (see attached)

Hehe now thats a cute ball of fluff if I ever saw one!
Hope she starts getting back on track soon.
Thanks for the reminder to check the Orange site too. Time to discuss my contract with them again I think.
Always good to see what else they can do for you.
