Has anyone else been unfortunate enough to purchase the above combination?
If so any comments?
Mine is plaged by freeze mosaicing etc as well as cr4p customer service, all blaming the other elements and none of the text elements work. I'm trying for a new digital decoder under waranty at the moment. I've been assured that the signal is fine.

 

ITV Digital customer services really varies. I just spoke to one of them a couple of days ago who was really good.

When I was setting up one of the SIX I spoke to was good and had a sense of humour. Well at least she laughed when I said I'd lost the TV remote somewhere (sitting on it).

BTW according ITV digital I have no coverage... that'll be why it works then!
